Finally a Realtor who watches out for my Money

I wanted to purchase a home that was listed far above its current value I informed Sylivia of my interest of wanting to submit an offer she ran the numbers and told me that after running the numbers 3 ways the property was still overpriced. Most agents would of simply submitted the offer without watching out for their client . Sylivia truly cares. Thank You Sylivia
