My husband and I had been talking about buying a home for a long time. We would ask Traci questions and she was always there with answers and solutions to our concerns without pressuring us. She helped us understand what to expect to find in our price range. We finally found a home we loved! It had a fabulous tree plus the 4 bedrooms we needed and was close to our family in Huntington Beach. We knew there would be multiple offers and a bidding war. Traci had prepared us for that. There were a total of 3 offers. I was resigned to the idea that we were not going to get this home. We were thrilled when she was able to get our offer accepted even though it was 10k less than the highest offer. I did not think that was possible! She also negotiated for us to receive a credit from the sellers for some minor repairs that came up in our inspection. We loved working with Traci. She paid attention to the little details and when any issues came up she was quick to solve them. When it came time to move she was so thoughtful. She delivered boxes, tape and bubble wrap to our front door, made sure our home was re-keyed the day we moved in and had the sweetest gift waiting for us. Traci is not only extremely knowledgeable, she also really cares and it showed. We are so happy with our new home and feel lucky to have found Traci.
