Rosemary was able to walk us through every step of the way, from asking what we were looking for, our budget, funding and looking at listings,(there were quite a few). During this time Rosemarie was explaining some things that we needed to be aware of, and because of her experience and expertise was able to give us more understanding on what would eventually get us to making offers on those homes. When we did get an offer accepted even though we had been working with a lender, there were some items that we were challenged with.
