Jaime was also very accommodating with his time early on in my home search when I was transparent that I did not have a pre-approval yet and I never felt that I was not a priority to him. When it came to the house I ended up buying, Jaime did a tremendous job of guiding me through the process while ensuring that I was satisfied and assured throughout. There was a leak we found after we had opened escrow and were moving towards close and Jaime worked with the sellers to ensure that everything was restored to my satisfaction.
