After the initial phone and emails she was able to send a list of different properties to us consisting of new/old, and ones that meet all or most of our needs, and some that exceeded. When we started looking at houses in person she was able to relate and translate to Spanish for my fiancé to better understand. As well as she was able to get a better vibe and feeling of what we were looking for more so then just from the initial conversations. After many showings we took a gamble and looked at a larger house that exceeded all our wants and Sandra was able to guide us through the process of understanding the market and potential future outlook of the house. Sandra was more than 100% committed within every phase of the process and definitely would use her in the future again and recommend her to those I know and others.
