I first found Team Manzon through a Yelp review and now I'm writing the review! I can't say enough good things about Team Manzon. Let me first start off by saying I have had the extreme pleasure of both selling a property, and purchasing a property with this group and both experiences have exceeded my expectations. Anthony walked me through every step of the way, has always been thorough and explained every single step and question I had from beginning to end as well as follow up. His upbeat positive personality is infectious and uplifting which is something I overlooked during a stressful time. And for that I'm appreciative. I know he has other clients, as I can see by all the other wonderful reviews, but he somehow manages to make you feel like his only client with the great attention to detail and the way he makes time for you. I also want to say that I did try using another realtor, someone who was recommended to me and the difference in the way I was treated just couldn't compare. He sets up a whole meeting to go over what you want in a dream house and what would be considered a deal breaker - the other realtor I was recommended NEVER did that. And he never gave me recommendations that would have wasted my time. Again, I sold a home with Anthony 5 years ago!! When I called him to start the home buying process at the beginning of this year, I didn't think he would remember me but he DID! If you're looking for someone who pays attention to detail, is responsive, someone to guide you through the process, and will treat you with 5-star professionalism, this group is for you.
