I was pregnant at the time and had two months before the baby was coming. After letting Katrina know our requirements, she followed up quickly with options for us to see that weekend. This was the last property we saw after a day of going out and checking multiple open houses. We requested to see the home again the next day and she went over the pros and cons of our top three. After Katrina contacted the selling agent, she advised us of what to submit to have a competitive offer. After our offer was submitted, she was extremely thorough and efficient with ensuring we understood the loan process, escrow, etc. we were able to close in 30 days. There was light construction work that we needed prior to moving in and Katrina was also able to give us a few different contractor contacts that were able to do quick and reliable work. They were able to finish and give us a two week cushion before baby arrived!
