The Sawatsky Family are to put simply, gems. Caitlen was our realtor and boy are we glad she came along! Not only was she patient with us (because truthfully we were very particular with what we wanted) but she made sure to be vocal about how it’s a huge commitment we’re making so we need to be sure to love it otherwise we will keep looking. That alone was a breath of fresh air. She was always punctual and ready to go whenever we wanted to see a house, she NEVER made us wait longer than a day or so IF that. We were even in escrow twice and pulled out because of uncertainty of some aspects and she was nothing less of supportive. Which was more than appreciated because we’ve had realtors who made us feel like it was an inconvenience. Definitely recommend working with this knowledgeable group of gems.
