We were first time homebuyers and having Vishal as our agent was great. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. He was always available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible. If he doesn't pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Vishal helped us to make this stressful process easy. I feel making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. I’m not sure what to expect, what’s good/bad, etc., and he was always so candid and provided his own perspective of different aspects of each home that he thought would be relevant to my decision making. I truly appreciated his input and relied on it heavily. We couldn’t be more happy with the service we received from Vishal and will definitely recommend him to everyone we know!
