Alifonso just helped us to sell one of our rental property at Merced. He is the listing agent only. As I know, many listing agents try to get double paid to be dual agent. Alifonso is not greed, he has high integrity, and he presented and protected the sellers' interests very well. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and he has passion about his RE jobs.
