My husband and I recently purchased our first house and Peter Parker from the Peter Parker Team was the seller’s agent. When it came time to pick up the house keys, Peter was kind, professional and very helpful. Since we were first time homeowners, Peter gave us lots of useful tips regarding house maintenance, and even helpful contact information for services I asked about (ie: housekeeping, landscaping, etc.). We plan to stay in this house for awhile however when it comes time to sell, then I absolutely know we will be contacting Peter Parker from the Peter Parker Team!

I was moving from Palm Springs to Folsom

I was moving from Palm Springs to Folsom. I had limited time frames to look at homes and had two large dogs in tow, as well as my elderly mother. Sunny made us feel so welcome and I believe she showed us over 50 homes! Her tireless attitude and smiling face made us feel so welcome and her knowledge of the area was so helpful. I would recommend her to ANYONE looking to purchase a home.
