It can get emotional and overwhelming finding the house of your dreams, and she was so supportive and always went the extra mile to work with our crazy schedules. She was accommodating, thoughtful, and helped us as new buyers to understand the process step-by-step. We never felt afraid to ask her questions and advice. I can't recommend Vanessa enough. She was my north star when I had to sell my father's house in Hayward, navigating conservatorship, probate, court requirements across multiple states, tenants, repairs, and selling a house for an owner over her head! Vanessa was extremely thoughtful, patient, organized, and always right--we had offers above asking within the week. My only regret is now that the house is sold I don't get to call her anymore. :) Literally the best realtor anywhere.
