This is now my fourth transaction with Debi, and I keep going back to her because she is fantastic at what she does! She knows how to get a house sold quickly and for the maximum price possible. She provides advice up front about prepping the house for sale, and devotes a lot of time staging the house and making sure to get the best photographs possible for the MLS listing. She bends over backward to accommodate the homeowner's schedule, and follows through to make sure the process moves smoothly with buyers' agents, as well as the lender and escrow agents. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and very professional, but she also very personable. She puts the homeowner at ease in what could otherwise be a very stressful and overwhelming experience.

Paige was absolutely amazing. We were referred to her after meeting with a few agents in the area. She was super responsive and knowledgeable. She listened to what we wanted and was able to show us all the different areas. Her knowledge of schools, neighborhoods and general area made it so much more in depth than just the right number of bedrooms and square footage. There were a few houses we liked but not knowing there would be a 30 minute drive to a school was huge. We were buying from out of the area and that was never an issue. Both in person tours and video walk throughs allowed us to jump on anything in this fast paced market. Super responsive and actively working for US and OUR needs not just a quick sale for her.
