Katherine was absolutely amazing! Not just did she help us find our dream home but from the first day we worked together she understood exactly what we were looking for and helped amazing properties that perfectly fit our needs. In the ends she was able to help us buy the perfect home, under our budget, which allowed us to have enough left over to put our own personal touches on our new home. Her knowledge of the local area and market was incredibly impressive. Buying our first home started our as an overwhelming and intimidating process but Katherine helped make the entire process enjoyable. I can't express how thankful I am to have found such an amazing agent that was able to help us find the perfect place. I can't imagine buying or selling a home without her.

We have known Bill for over 25 years and have used him and his team on 5 house transactions. When we decided to sell he was the first person I considered even though we live an hour away and knew it would be hard for him but we wanted to give him the first shot. He worked with us to get everything ready to sell from staging to pricing correctly. Pricing was huge as the market was not good in our area and some houses had been on the market for a year. Once we got it ready he was very committed to holding open houses which I feel was crucial in selling the house. The market here was not like selling in the Bay Area and Bill understood that and did whatever it took to get the house sold. After 5 open house weekends and no offers Bill had to talk me off the ledge as we had a purchase in NV that was contingent on us selling. After 7 long weeks with no offers and the house being "move in" ready I asked Bill if he thought we should lower the price. Bill agreed with me and stated that if we are going to lower the price we can't just lower it 10k or 20k we needed to lower it by 50k. I wasn't happy as I truely thought we could get 900k for the house but we went ahead and did as Bill suggested. That following weekend Bill held another open house with the lower price and we ended up getting and offer for 10k over the new price. Bill's daughters were always on top of everything that came up. Always communicating to us every step of the way. Everything closed without any issues and this made my wife and I very happy. I hope not to have to sell another house but if I do I well definitely reach out to Bill since I know he will never retire ;)
