We’ve used Joan Chase Swing for all our real estate needs. The first time we used her services I was looking on my own calling listing agents not getting anywhere until I spoke to Joan. She was so upbeat, I said “hey will you be our agent”? After my husband returned from deployment overseas, our timeline was to buy a house within a month. This was back in 2011 when all the investors were swooping up all the houses. After weeks of making offers along with 25 other buyers each time we were outbid, but lucky for us we were first to make an offer on a foreclosed house, and the bank said yes. We knew this home was going to be a starter home and after 4 years we built up equity and had our sights on a house with a pool in a nicer neighborhood. The only agent we knew that could sell the house we're in and get us into a new house simultaneously would be Joan Chase Swing. We were so pleased. We only had two weeks in between escrow closings. We stayed at our desert house – which was an upside-down house since my husband had bought before the sub-prime meltdown for top dollar. After 10 years of being upside down, guess what? Joan just sold it for us this past October in only 9 days. We got $50K over the asking price and netted way more than we expected. Her photographer did an amazing presentation of photos. Joan kept the other agent on her toes, as well as the buyer's banking side, keeping the momentum moving forward. Again, we knew that Joan Chase Swing was behind the scenes tenaciously keeping all involved to do there their jobs in a timely manner. Thanks to Joan escrow closed on time. Joan Chase Swing is the best Realtor anyone would be lucky to have her services. Not only is she very knowledgeable in her craft, but she is also fun to be around! We love Joan Chase Swing!
