If you would have told me a year ago that I would own a house in one of the nicest areas in San Diego, I would have laughed in your face. Seriously! It all still feels so surreal! And I cannot thank Dr.Flores enough. I knew him from my time in service, so I had already had a friendship with him. This all started with a quick question on home buying and what I would need to have before even thinking about buying a house. From the very beginning, he was very informative and answered all my questions. Prior to this, I had no clue on the housing process. He explained everything down to the smallest questions I had. We began looking at houses one day, and that same evening, I had an accepted offer! He was quick to get everything started and within a few days we were in Escrow. There were a few hiccups here and there, but that was expected. He made sure to check in, asked how I was feeling about things, and overall just made sure to take care of us. Definitely the scariest decision I’ve ever made, but it was worth it. I owe it all to Dr.Flores!
