Best͏ Agent Ever We͏ have used Rhonda Maehl on several occasions now and each experience was an absolutely ideal experience. In searching for a home, Rhonda is incredibly knowledge about the Butte County area (Chico, Paradise and Magalia included) and was surprisingly knowledgeable about the home structures themselves. She is very savvy about reports and was able to steer us in the right direction (even if it meant steering us away from a home that wouldn’t work in our best interest). She has lived in Butte County I think forever and knows all the neighborhoods (and the pros and cons of each one, which was super helpful during the home search). Her team is quick to get things finalized and it’s done right the first time. We sold one home with Rhonda and she was SOOO helpful with prepping and listing. She did more than I can say for us. She helped to ensure that the home was painted, cleaned staged, and looking marvelous for viewing. She helped us sell our home (in our absence) and was able to make a deal that satisfied both parties. RHONDA IS AN ABSOLUTE GEM AND A HOME WHISPERER.
