Tao is a miracle worker! We were working with a new build purchase based on a contingency sale of our home. The builder was about to end our contract due to our home not selling in a timely manner, but they referred us to Tao as a last chance. They literally gave us 3 weeks to get it done and Tao performed magic! He kept us informed throughout the whole process, was extremely easy to work with and made the whole process less stressful! I’d give more stars if I could!

Tao is super professional and ensured I got the house I wanted at a price I can afford! He worked to get me almost no downpayment through seller credits and that allowed me to buy a house. I have recommended Tao to more buyers who have in turn recommended him again. If you are even considering looking, use Tao for amazing results 🤙🏼
