Where do I begin? Kathy was very personable she went above and beyond our expectations. She was always prompt when it came to showing homes(especially in this market). This is our second time purchasing a home, and she was on top of everything, She was so informative with the buying process, I would recommend her to everyone.

Mercedes took over

I had already hired a real estate agent on the recommendation of a friend. The house sat for 6 months without a single interest. I fired her and hired Mercedes and within 2 months I had many interest ended with a 3 person bidding on my home! I am super glad I went with her and didn't listen to the other agent who said my home was over priced . Mercedes explained all docs to be signed as I am super busy myself and didn't alway have time to read. Some legal documents arent easy to understand.

Honestly, the most helpful and honest person ever! Was very helpful when buying my first house, I had no knowledge of anything. She would be there to answer all and any questions that I had. Would recommend to anyone buying a house to go to her, as she will listen and really willing to find the perfect house for you and your family.
