I have so many positive things to say about working with Kimberly but the highlights are: She made herself available, always. And, if not her, someone from her team was there for my husband and me. She was always enthusiastic, “in our corner”, pursuing options and ideas for us, and it felt like we were a true team. She was never judgey; this is a thing I noticed in our process: 2 listing agents showing Kimberly and I properties said weird things about $$ that came across as super snobby - and I never, ever got that vibe from her to the point where she actually said something to the effect of never being afraid to put in a low-ball offer. She brought us great off market opportunities that ended up not working out through no fault on our side and were disappointments, but they also helped us understand the market and target what we wanted more. Kimberly is knowledgeable - or not afraid of what she doesn’t know and will find out for you, reliable, and hardworking. I would recommend her to anyone. 10/10

You can't go wrong with Mitch! He will provide you straight forward, honest and valuable advice. Being new to the selling a home I needed a lot of "hand holding". Should I paint this, stain that, how do I get the largest return on my investment while spending as little as possible? Three years after moving into our dream home we lost a significant part of our household income and needed to sell as quickly as possible. Mitch was ALWAYS there with solid advice. He guided me as to the best time for the home to enter the market, helped determine a reasonable price, then assisted me in negotiating a sale $25k over asking and $55k above what other agents said I could sell my house for. It didn't matter if Mitch was on vacation or in his office, he always answered my questions and responded in a very timely manner.
