Maria presented herself very professionally and had prepared a comprehensive marketing plan for the initial interview. She knew the local housing market extremely well and she was familiar with non-standard parts of a house sale, such as probate conditions, reverse mortgage, and a leased solar system. Not only was she able to answer all my questions she also gave insight into questions I should have asked but didn’t. Maria gave reasonable suggestions on where I should focus house improvements, and she advised me on strategic pricing for best positioning in the market. She offered a list of recommendations for assorted local services. This proved extremely helpful, and everyone I hired, turned out to be an excellent resource. Maria used a professional photographer to showcase the house which had a big impact on presentation. She maintained open communication throughout the process and kept me informed of any new approaching milestones. She was generous with her time, and she was very kind to offer help taking away donations and posting the yard sale. Since I live one hour away from the house, she also offered to take on small tasks in town to save me the extra trip. She was excited to show the house during the open house and she was diligent in pointing out all the special features to potential buyers. Having an expert realtor to navigate all the inspections and the paperwork made the process painless, and in the end, the house was under contract in eight (8) days from time of listing for full asking price. I could not have chosen a better agent.

I have been working with Nancy for over 10 years now. When we're selling, she knows what buyers want and helps us deliver. She is patient, explains things well, walks us through what needs to be done, what can be done, and who can help do it. She staged our homes and sold them with both buyer and seller ending up happy.

We were recommended to Maria and Luis after several unsuccessful attempts to find realtors out of our home town. From the first phone call we knew that we had found realtors who listened to us and understood what we were looking for and were willing to work with us to find exactly the right property. They took the time to research the market and helped guide us to properties that were a perfect fit for our needs. In a short time we had found exactly what we were looking for and our first offer was accepted. The whole process was seamless and stress free and we were thrilled with the service we received from the Leyvas. Soon after this transaction we decided to sell our home and immediately hired Maria and Luis to help us. Even though they did not live in our area our recent purchasing experience had been so positive we knew we wanted to work with them again. As selling agents they once again exceeded our expectations and the whole experience was stressful and fun.
