Shane Collins helped me purchase my first house. Throughout the process Shane was extremely patient, understanding, and had a wealth of knowledge to share and guide with. She gave a multitude of insightful recommendation's and items to look out for throughout the process. Her consistency in communication created the most efficient and effortless process to escrow. Shane had my best interest in mind from early on in just viewing homes all the way through close of escrow and even past then. I would recommend Shane Collins to any family and friends as a top notch realtor.

We had such an amazing experience working with Shane to buy our first rental property! As new parents, we were juggling a lot and had so many questions, but she was patient, responsive, and always made us feel supported every step of the way. She really went above and beyond — explained everything clearly, made the whole process feel easy, and negotiated to get us exactly what we wanted. We never felt rushed or pressured, just genuinely cared for. If you’re looking for a realtor who truly listens and has your back, we can’t recommend Shane enough. We’re so thankful for her help and can’t wait to work with her again in the future!

Shane was very understanding, supportive, and always showed proactive effort for our best. When my wife and I decided to put our large and unique home for sale, I reached out to many local agents. Then I interviewed about 7 or agents in-person at my property. I gave tour of our home to all of them, so they could understand what the home is like and all the tech that was used in the house, as well as used to build the house. I felt Shane understood my concerns and intent, so I hired Shane to be our realtor and help us sell our large, tech-enabled, and awesome home. Shane provided analysis of every offer we received and helped to obtain further details, from buyer's agents, when we needed it. Shane provided advice, guidance, and suggestions, but was never pushy. We are happy to have had Shane in our corner. Thank you Shane.
