We have worked with Brian with 6 years now... he is always very responsive and accommodating to our schedule and truly has our best interest in mind throughout the entire process. Brian never let us "over offer" and is honest about pricing, and what moves he think would be best for our current situation. He gives us advice whenever we ask, and has helped us find a new home that met the criteria to allow us to keep and rent out our current home which was a huge win for us in our search! He also went above and beyond to help us receive $ back after a roof inspection to fix the issues observed and lighten our load of move-in fixes! When you work with Brian, you realize that the process of finding a home becomes so personal, and you really get to know your realtor and to work with Brian feels like working with a member of the family. He truly cares about his clients above all else, and we have been so lucky to get to work alongside him for our last 2 homes!!
