When I needed to sign a form I would get the email and Dillon would call/text to give me a heads up. We closed in 17 days. Let me repeat that, we closed in 17 days. I know sometimes that’s just not how the universe aligns, but if anyone can do it, it’s him. Dillon made me feel like the master of the universe, he was patient, sweet, kind, and honest. Most importantly he was honest. He shared his knowledge of the industry at the appropriate level, not too much not too little. Goldilocks perfect. Dillon was also, ruthless. Which you sometimes need. Ok, enough of my silly story telling. I am so grateful for Dillon. You know what he did!? After escrow closed and I was meeting him to get the keys… this guy, left some cute home warming items and got the locks rekeyed!! Don’t let Dillon’s youth give you the impression he’s too new to the industry. He’s great at his job, and has great resources. Once you meet him, you’ll know what I’m talking about.
