Get the property ready. Clean and clear and have back up docs. to support what you claim has been completed on the property. Set a realistic price at what the market reflects the value of property is. Not what you want. Be prepared to be flexible on certain issues concerning the buyer. Buyers focus in on sometimes very small issues in sellers mind but are concerns that can cost the owner the sale. Try to look at the deal as a buyer. Thanks, Stephanie
