We were so fortunate to have found Celeste Bosley when we moved to El Sobrante. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we traveled from Oakland to look at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Celeste was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We would recommend her to anyone. She has love and heart for this business and that’s important!

Tim exceeded our expectations beyond anything we imagined. We had a lot of fixin up to do before we put our house on the market. Tim had contractors work that were outstanding and professional. Tim as well assisted us in a major part of labor work to get ready. This man is beyond ordinary, he is extraordinary! Our house went up for sale the week in March ‘19 when covid shut everything down. We thought we were doomed. Tim managed to get a few prospects to look at our house and within a month had it sold for exactly what we were asking. Now in this time of the beginning of covid everything was unsure and unstable. Tim’s ambition and perseverance was very much welcomed. Not to mention how trustworthy he is. He was always in constant communication with us and treated us as a friend. I would recommend this man a hundred thousand times.
