Maria used a professional photographer to showcase the house which had a big impact on presentation. She maintained open communication throughout the process and kept me informed of any new approaching milestones. She was generous with her time, and she was very kind to offer help taking away donations and posting the yard sale. Since I live one hour away from the house, she also offered to take on small tasks in town to save me the extra trip. She was excited to show the house during the open house and she was diligent in pointing out all the special features to potential buyers. Having an expert realtor to navigate all the inspections and the paperwork made the process painless, and in the end, the house was under contract in eight (8) days from time of listing for full asking price.
