She really cared for her client and had our best interests at heart. She is honest, stayed calm and never pushed us to make a rush decisions. In several times, we were too eager to give up or compromise in the negotiating; Penny always gave us the best recommendations based on her excellent knowledge to best protect our interest, even this meant more time to close the deal.
