She was up to date on new listings, and thus was able to get in to see several houses immediately when they came on the market, which provided an advantage given the shortage of homes on the market. This also meant I was able to see and submit a bid on the house that I eventually purchased. In navigating the buying process, Jamie's expertise again proved invaluable - she was able to negotiate with a difficult selling agent and lead me through the process. She knows the process, knows where to focus, and achieves satisfactory results. SHe was a great communicator, always letting me know what was happening and what I needed to be doing.
