We discontinued their services as our realtor because we felt that they weren't looking at our best interest as well as the stress we experienced from them through house hunting and processing contracts. When we started working with Josh, all he asked from us for a particular house that sparks our interest and listed highly up on our approved loan, was that “do you like this house?!” and “let us do our job!”. Josh and the rest of his team pull the listing price down to our approved load and got the house that is more than we have expected. The whole ride on our house purchase went smooth and great!
