He advised us, and gave us assessments on how much home-improvement costs would be. He put us in contact with the people he does business with and we were able to get items at a fraction of the price. He was very generous with the loan of his trailer that we needed for multiple trips to the dump. Without Terry‘s expertise and guidance, there’s no way we would have bought this home.
