I had a fantastic experience working with Malee as my realtor. My home buying journey started with another agent, but things didn't work out. We missed out on an open house due to scheduling issues, and the house went pending right away. I was disheartened, thinking I couldn't afford any other homes. That's when a friend recommended Malee, describing her as an incredibly attentive agent who would fight for me. From the moment I met Malee, everything fell into place. The house I had fallen in love with came back on the market, and Malee wasted no time in helping us view it and submit an offer on the same day. Remarkably, my first offer was accepted, and Malee negotiated the maximum seller credits of 3% while also ensuring the prior owner addressed the repair requests. Malee's diligence and outstanding communication made the entire home buying process easy and seamless. I am beyond grateful for her hard work and dedication, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a top-notch realtor. Five stars all the way!
