Jenna was our listing agent, when she advised us of the steps that would take place, she was informed and up to date on the trends that were happening in the local market. She was able to advise us on the options we had before us, such as informing us of the things we needed to do, the things we should do and things that were unnecessary to do to the home before listing. We feel that she took the extra steps to provide us with an experience that would be the least stressful for us, as well as the advice that was most beneficial for us. When the offers came in, we were allowed to take the offer we chose, which was not the highest possible, but we feel was the best offer for us. Even though Jenna was not the buyers agent, she also guided us through the ensuing paperwork to be done, she also advised us on the steps going through the sales process. We feel that because Jenna helped us to be well prepared for the event, this led to a quick and speedy sale, from the day the house went ‘live’ on the market, officially sold in three days, then to the day we moved out was 36 days. We would defuse Jenna again to either buy or sell our home, and will definitely recommend her to friends and family!
