I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent than Erica Bergstrom! On the logistical side, she walked me through everything I should know and needed to know and guided me through the entire process as we went. She kept me up to speed and forewarned me of upcoming things that were happening, things I would need to do, or docs I would have to sign, so I was continually prepared. On the more creative side, she wrote an amazing, detailed, and accurate description of the property. She's in-tune to special features that might be particularly interesting to folks looking. She also has a wonderful general knowledge of the area (and beyond), so she's very good at putting properties in the appropriate context. Putting her creative juices into to the more physical, she was spot-on with getting the house ready for viewing. In addition to all these, and more, very effective qualities is her integrity. She takes the long view, making sure the people and the property are a good and happy match.

Barbara worked so hard for us to get us into our new home. We have been working with her for 2 years, have submitted numerous offers, looked at tons of houses and she was with us every step of the way.
