On my second offer, Peter made sure everything was submitted on time, and kept in good contact well with escrow, bank, and seller to make sure it went smoothly. Peter seems to have advice and knowledge about everywhere in the bay area, and knows what is a good deal or not. They seem like a great resource to talk to about anything real estate. Peter is very friendly and I had a good time chatting with them. They also helped answer all of my questions and helped me get in contact with contractors after and before purchase.
