Terry Jarrouche is truly a remarkable person. She is incredibly responsive and guided us patiently through every step. Terry fought hard for our best interests, got the house under asking price, and we couldn't have secured our house without her strong market and negotiations skills. When problems popped during inspection, Terry negotiated a quick fix that saved us money. Terry gave us honest advice instead of pushing for sale. She makes sure our closing day went off smoothly without a hitch. Terry Jarrouche and her team genuinely care and support us from start to finish and didn't disappear after we bought the house. We truly recommend Terry Jarrouche and Success Realty to anyone who is buying or selling a home. Thank you from magnificent work well done.

Terry Jarrouche is always responsive, kept us calm through every bump we encountered. She is deeply knowledgeable about the market and genuinely cared about our best interests. What impressed us the most is we have a European vacation plan and Terry told us not to worry about house and just enjoy our vacation. Her last words was "When you return from vacation" we will review the offers". We received 5 offers from the open house held while we're on vacation. We were very grateful that God sent us Terry Jarrouche to our lives. Terry is a realtor who goes about and beyond for our sake. We are so grateful to her dedication and appreciated all her hard work. She's truly a blessing to us.

We were so blessed to find Terry and Feli in helping us selling our home.
