Lori is the most amazing realtor I've ever dealt with. She's a total expert on pricing, marketing, negotiating and the entire process. She's always available, and promptly responds to your calls. She takes a lot of the stress out of the home buying/selling process. Lori helped us immensely during our 5 years in Brentwood. When we first arrived she helped us find a rental at the last minute, since we couldn't find a house to buy. As our lease ran out, she then helped us buy a home. Four years later we had to move due to health issues and we asked her to sell our home. She was amazing....she got top dollar in 1 day!!! Her help didn't stop there. My husband was injured a week before we had to be out of the house and we were unable to move cross country until he healed. I called her from the hospital to see if she had any ideas about where we could live temporarily. Hours later, she called with a perfect place for us to stay until he healed! I don't know what we'd had done without her. Lori Abreau is an amazing person.

She knows the tri-valley area like the back of her palm and has deep relationships with other agents - which helped us a ton at a time when our loan officer couldn't help manage the close of escrow on time. Tess' help ranged from understanding & guiding our search criteria, pre-market finds, honest take on comparable prices, above & beyond research on homes we were interested in, setting up 5 different inspections in 96 hours of our offer, and expert tips on how to write a winning (but not an exorbitant offer). She took us on as a client while she was in London, and would often accommodate us, expecting parents, by talking very late into her nights. Can one ask for more? With Tess, you likely can. Because for us, she turned into a friend. Our toddler still tells us how much she misses her! She helped us settle into our new home, and with her husband, helped resolve some early issues, by showing up at the property and literally helped us stop water leakage. Please know that we were very fiscally conservative, demanding clients who had very specific criteria for the home we were looking for. And Tess not only met our needs - she literally blew them out of the water! She protected our interests more than we think we'd have ourselves. If you're looking for a home in Danville, San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, or Walnut Creek - and you don't call Tess to see if she has time to take you on, you're likely missing out. We'll be happy any day to tell you about our experience with her. In essence, without Tess, we would have either not landed the exact home we needed or made a big mistake in the buying process.

Ravnish was very knowledgeable and and friendly to work with. He took time to explain what ever questions I had and was helpful in all the stages of the process. Always picking the phone up and gave suggestions even for questions not in his scope. Recommend him
