We were in the dark about selling our house. Eric and Helena Engberg were very open and honest with us. They were very informative with us yet let us make the final decision. A are a fun and down to earth couple. We highly recommend them if you are selling your home. Joe and Toni Torres.

Eric, looks after your interest and what is best for you. When our house didn't sell as fast as we expected, Eric pointed out not only the average selling times involved, but encouraged us not to lower our price, just yet. He was right! We sold if a few days later. He worked well with the escrow and other realtor's. He was on top of Covid-19 issues and laws and reminded us, other realtor's, and inspectors of personal safety steps to take throughout the sale. THANK YOU Eric, I wish I could bring here for our next sale.
