Where do I begin.....We can not say enough good things about Kim. She was amazing to work with. She is incredibly professional, insightful, and was beyond patient with us in all our many questions and guardedness due to past experiences with other Agents. Our condo was in serious need of a variety of repairs as well as a decorating overhaul. Ashley did an excellent job, in record time, turning it into a sparkling gem! I was amazed at how quickly and beautifully she was able to pull everything together. She has a team of professionals she calls on for an assortment of tasks and they do great work. Of particular concern was a broken plantation shutter that we needed to match with two others - Ashley managed to find the needle in the haystack and the result along with all of the other upgrades she arranged truly looked terrific!
