My family just sold our family condo. We used Witson Realty to represent us as the seller. Ms Witson was so professional in that she kept us engaged. There were things we had to comply with and she made sure that we didn't procrastinate, which would have hindered our being able to close in a timely manner, and even jeopardize the sale. She was frank, but respectful of our wishes when our ideas on how to show the property differed, but not essential to code requirements.
