Su Mei is an exceptional real estate agent, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience of working with her. She guided me through buying my new home in the perfect location and helped sell my prior home, all in an uncertain market. Su Mei went above and beyond to address our buyer’s concerns, providing rapid and thoughtful responses that ensured a smooth transition for everyone involved. Throughout the buying process, Su Mei was forthright, accessible at all hours, and incredibly supportive. Her candid assessments and willingness to share her personal experiences, both in the market and as a homeowner, were invaluable. Her professionalism, honesty, and dedication made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and even enjoyable. If you’re looking to buy or sell a home in the SF Bay Area, I can’t recommend Su Mei enough. She will truly look out for your best interests, work tirelessly on your behalf, and ensure that you’re well taken care of every step of the way. Su Mei is a gem, and I’m grateful to have had her on my side!

Last year I bought my second home with Mike Kavanaugh. I was so impressed the first time, of course, I asked him to help me. My place in Antioch was deeply underwater. Mike guided me through the short sale process on that one. Mike stuck with me and all my disappointments. You know how emotional buying a home can be. I'm sure Mike has some psychology training! Not only did he find my dream home,he negotiated an unbelievable price for me. I highly recommend Mike for any of your real estate transactions. Mike knows the Bay Area very well. He guided me away from unsafe areas. He is professional, kind, and very easy to work with! Thank you Mike, I'll tell you again, I love my Pleasant Hill home!
