This is a long overdue review. I have used Cheryl 4 times in the last 3 years and she is simply amazing. She is compassionate and thoughtful and always has your best interest at heart. She is thorough and professional and keeps you in the loop every step of the way. You never have to wonder what's going on and where you are in the process. The last transaction I had with Cheryl was to purchase a home in the fire disaster area. She made sure I was able to find insurance when my own carrier wouldn't touch the area for writing new policies. Even after the sale of the home, she worked with the home warranty folks on my behalf to cover something that they really didn't have to cover. Cheryl simply goes over and above any other Realtor I have ever worked with. As long as Cheryl is around, I would never consider using another Realtor.
