I met Michelle at a open house a year and half ago talking about my vision, my timeline, my dream neighborhood etc. Fast forward to today - we have come full circle to find a home I love. We worked with Kim, Andre, and Molly for a home sale while interest rates were rising and home sale prices were falling, so they helped us calibrate to the current consumer demand and prices. Additionally, we lived abroad at the time and they kept us informed and chatted at odd hours so that we would be able to make the necessary renovations and review offers on a timely basis. Kim’s team is tight knit and communicate with each other well so you feel like you’re just working with one person.
