Jacque is a marvelous communicator. She really, really listens and is helpful in so many areas. She knows it all. How and when to price one's property, how to stage a home using mostly your belongings, what it takes for a simple yard make over and if you can't find someone to do the work in the proper time frame, then she does it herself! I have never worked with an agent who was so completely involved in the entire process. Plus she's really a good person! What more could one ask for?

Jaque was truly the best and guided me through every step of the home-buying process. She was always there to answer any questions I had, no matter how big or small. Anytime I wanted to see a home, she worked around my availability and made the time for me. When things didn’t go as planned, she was always there to encourage me and remind me that something better would come along. She never let me feel discouraged and always went above and beyond to help me. What stood out the most was how available, patient, and supportive she was. I could reach out to her practically 24/7, and she always made me feel like I was a priority. She truly cared about helping me find the right home and not just making a sale. I’m so grateful for all of her hard work, patience, and dedication. She made such an important milestone in my life so much easier and less stressful. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. ❤️ Thank you once again for making my life easier and making me a happy homeowner.

Jacque is great and works too late. If you call her at 10:30 PM on a Saturday night she will pick up the phone to address whatever it is you are dealing with at that stage of buying your home. Real responsive and gets documents moving quickly. She has also connected herself to a good loan officer who will work to try to make things happen for you.
