From the initial visit all the way down to final closing date, Megan was always there. Took a look at the local market activity so on the initial visit we were able to discuss a strategy and come up with an aggressive marketing plan. Thing that I had worked with Megan previously, made it that much easier to put all my trust in her as a professional knowing that he will do the best at marketing and getting my home sold. If Megan was not my agent, there were times where I probably would have dropped off the market but Megan was there to encourage me and give me the push when I needed it. The team she works with from marketing and advertisement and inspections needed and even when small repairs are needed, she was there with her contact list. Things could have not been any easier with another agent. Megan definitely reflex how much of a go-getter she is and how much she enjoys her work. I could see she gets much joy from helping people.

I contacted 3 realtors through Realtor dot com when I was ready to sell a home in the Oakland Hills in October of 2025. After interviewing 3 realtors who all had impressive credentials selling luxury properties, my wife and I selected Tomaj for his thoroughness in preparing for our meeting.
