We reached out to Alonya and told her that we really would like to purchase a home. She helped us make our dream of home ownership a reality. My husband and I were extremely impressed with how knowledgeable Alonya was with the various areas she showed us during our home search. She would bring things to our attention that we didn't notice about a particular home after gathering research on her own about the property. One thing that stood out about Alonya from other realtors that we had dealt with was that she communicated with us 100% during the process and encouraged us not to give up. Her strong drive and persistence kept us motivated during our home search and it eventually paid off. She helped us from start to finish and we are now proud homeowners! Alonya should definitely be referred to as a top "preferred"realtor. Nicole and Maurice

Definitivamente recomendado si tuviera que volver a comprar casa, lo volviera a escoger para que me me ayudará.

We worked with Craig Einsohn of The DeLima Real Estate Group to sell my Mom's house of 34 years and find a new home for her to move to - all in Pleasanton. He led my mom through the entire process of finding a comfortable and safe place as well as completely renovating her old home prior to selling it. He broke things down into steps and his vision for creating an attractive, modern, and inviting home to sell was outstanding! He followed through with everything he said he would do and went above and beyond to make a smooth transition out of what could have been very complicated for my 80 year old Mom. He made himself available to her throughout the whole process, walked her through every step of the way, and always had her best interest in mind. I recommend him 1000%!
