He led my mom through the entire process of finding a comfortable and safe place as well as completely renovating her old home prior to selling it. He broke things down into steps and his vision for creating an attractive, modern, and inviting home to sell was outstanding!He followed through with everything he said he would do and went above and beyond to make a smooth transition out of what could have been very complicated for my 80 year old Mom. He made himself available to her throughout the whole process, walked her through every step of the way, and always had her best interest in mind. I recommend him 1000%!

One other thing I should note that helped us tremendously was Cheryl’s connection to an incredible number of different contractors, which saved us on multiple occasions when a quick repair of some sort was needed, as the number of readily available contractors has been diminished considerably during the pandemic.
