One other thing I should note that helped us tremendously was Cheryl’s connection to an incredible number of different contractors, which saved us on multiple occasions when a quick repair of some sort was needed, as the number of readily available contractors has been diminished considerably during the pandemic.

Dom did an exceptional job! This was my first home and selling it was very emotional. Dom made the entire process simple and seamless. We have a new born baby, so he assured that the viewings were scheduled around my babies time! Every day after the showings , Dom and his wonderful wife Elizabeth would come to the house and sanitize the entire house before we came home. They even moved our dogs around for us while the inspections were getting done. They went above and beyond for us! I am so glad I had Dominic and Elizabeth representing us.
