The property needed a lot of attention to prepare it for sale. Giselle was very helpful in pointing out the necessary things to care for and providing contacts that could help us. We found that she was honest in all that she said and did, both to us and to the buyer. She represented the property in such a way that resulted in the property selling for more than what it was listed for. She accommodated the unusual needs we had in showing the property to clients. For that, we are very appreciative. She is very professional, kept her appointments, very informative, addressing all our questions and concerns. She was very timely on following up anything that needed attention. Even months after the sale, she found information for us that the tax assessor’s office required.
