In 1988, I bought my first home in San Leandro working with Gary Marciel. Through the years we've been in touch from time to time...he was always available for any R.E. ?'s I had, and always willing to help. 34 yrs. later, it's time to sell my house and of course, I called Gary. He made the selling process as easy for me as it could be... with constant communication & keeping me updated on everything. His knowledge of the R.E. market in this area is amazing- he has helped many people buy & sell homes in my neighborhood for years. Selling your home (or buying one) can be hectic & exhausting...Gary's calm & friendly demeanor always seemed to make the process much easier. Since I'm leaving the area, I regret that I may not have the opportunity to work with Gary again. If I could, I certainly would. He worked hard for me. I would HIGHLY recommend Gary Marciel to anyone buying or selling a home. I can't imagine anyone else being better at what Gary does for his clients. Not just honest, efficient & knowledgeable... he's a great guy...
