Dom did an exceptional job! This was my first home and selling it was very emotional. Dom made the entire process simple and seamless. We have a new born baby, so he assured that the viewings were scheduled around my babies time! Every day after the showings , Dom and his wonderful wife Elizabeth would come to the house and sanitize the entire house before we came home. They even moved our dogs around for us while the inspections were getting done. They went above and beyond for us! I am so glad I had Dominic and Elizabeth representing us. Joe Loparo is one of those people who gives you their all. Joe went out of his way over and over to help me get my house ready to put on the market to get top dollar. He supplied wonderful contacts for people to do painting, flooring, yard work and more and helped manage the work to be done. He advised what were the best things to do to get the house looking it’s best without overdoing it. He did that and so much more. He knows the market well and gives you a very realistic assessment of what your house can sell for. On top of all that, he is very personable and amiable.
