From the initial visit all the way down to final closing date, Megan was always there. Took a look at the local market activity so on the initial visit we were able to discuss a strategy and come up with an aggressive marketing plan. Thing that I had worked with Megan previously, made it that much easier to put all my trust in her as a professional knowing that he will do the best at marketing and getting my home sold. If Megan was not my agent, there were times where I probably would have dropped off the market but Megan was there to encourage me and give me the push when I needed it. The team she works with from marketing and advertisement and inspections needed and even when small repairs are needed, she was there with her contact list. Things could have not been any easier with another agent. Megan definitely reflex how much of a go-getter she is and how much she enjoys her work. I could see she gets much joy from helping people.

From the get-go Monica hit the ground running and always impressed us with her initiative and “get it done” attitude. Even when I was being ridiculous and wanted to look at half dilapidated homes as potential fixers she didn’t delay, and went out with us each time just so I could get the “what if” out of my system. She’s been way more than just a realtor; she really has been our advocate, counselor, and cheerleader through the whole process and picked us up each time we were ready to give up. We plan to stay put for a long while but if we are ever in the market again I will 100% ask Monica to be our realtor again!
